These terms apply to purchases made through ValueBox.
ValueBox is an independent seller. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for product identification. ValueBox does not claim to be an official partner, authorized reseller or endorsed seller unless that status is expressly documented.
UAE orders are shown in AED and Saudi orders in SAR. The current plan setup uses the same numeric price in both markets. Easypaisa and JazzCash use the conversion rate displayed at checkout.
Customers should pay only to the payment account displayed during checkout. The customer then saves the ValueBox WhatsApp contact and sends the payment slip with the prepared order message.
ValueBox aims to process orders as soon as possible after payment verification and receipt of any information required for activation. An exact instant-delivery time is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed for a specific order.
Customers must provide accurate information and use purchased services in accordance with applicable law and the relevant service provider's terms.
If the purchased subscription cannot be activated, an eligible refund is processed within 1β3 business days. After successful activation, the order is non-refundable and post-activation issues are handled through support.
ValueBox does not control outages, policy changes or feature changes made entirely by third-party platforms. Where reasonable, ValueBox will assist with support issues relating to the purchased access.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
