ValueBox may send renewal reminders and payment reminders through WhatsApp before or around the expected expiry date. Saving the contact name as ValueBox helps customers recognize these messages.
The renewal price is the price confirmed with the customer at the time of renewal. Future prices may change from the price of an earlier order.
