ValueBox collects only the information reasonably required to process orders and provide support.
For checkout, ValueBox may collect your WhatsApp number (required), optional name, optional email address, selected products, country, payment method, order value and order reference. Payment slips are sent by the customer through WhatsApp and are not uploaded by this website.
Information is used for order processing, payment verification, activation, support, renewal reminders, dispute handling and basic fraud prevention.
ValueBox uses guest checkout. Customers are not required to create an account to place an order.
Hosting, database, analytics and messaging providers may process limited information as necessary to operate the service. Their own privacy and security terms also apply.
