How quickly will I receive my subscription?
After payment verification and receipt of any required activation information, ValueBox processes your order as soon as possible. Exact timing can vary depending on the selected service and activation method.
How does activation work?
Select the access type and duration shown on the product page. After payment, send your slip on WhatsApp. ValueBox will confirm any additional information required for activation.
How can I renew a subscription?
Renewals are handled through WhatsApp. ValueBox may send renewal and payment reminders on WhatsApp before the subscription expires.
Which payment methods are available?
UAE customers can use the listed UAE bank method, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Saudi customers can use Al Rajhi, ANB, Easypaisa or JazzCash. The checkout automatically shows the methods for the selected country.
How does Easypaisa/JazzCash conversion work?
The website currently uses the configured rate of 1 AED = 78 PKR and 1 SAR = 78 PKR. Your main AED/SAR order total remains prominent, while the PKR payment amount is shown separately.
Can I order multiple subscriptions together?
Yes. Add individual subscriptions and monthly bundles to the same cart, then pay once for the combined order.
What happens if my subscription cannot be activated?
If the purchased subscription cannot be activated, an eligible refund is processed within 1โ3 business days. After successful activation, the order is non-refundable and post-activation issues are handled through support.
Why do I need to save the ValueBox contact?
Saving our contact as โValueBoxโ is recommended so you can recognize support, renewal reminders and payment reminders, but it is not compulsory to continue checkout.
Can I change UAE/KSA manually?
Yes. The website attempts IP-based country detection for UAE and Saudi Arabia. Both desktop and mobile include a manual country selector, and your manual choice is remembered in the browser.
